………………Who sees the human face correctly: the photographer, the mirror, or the painter? — Pablo Picasso
A fine example of observation and interpretation, a magnificent photograph
What a photo. Excellent portrait, and I’m wondering if the man is looking up at something or someone, or pondering something. It could be either way. His eyes are the focal point of the photo for me…after all, eyes are the windows to the soul.
And what a brilliant quote by Pablo Picasso. All three depict the human face differently, from different angles…and none really are wrong :)
That’s a great portrait! :)
A powerful portrait!
A top class photograph Uday in a world full of portraits, this is a stand out piece of work in my view. Utterly compelling light and shadow.
On the question posed by Pablo Picasso; definitely not the mirror. The human ego, in its positive or negative form, distorts the image. Its a close call between photographer and painter!
The intensity of his eyes literally gave me goosebumps!
A strong and powerful portrait. We can see right into his soul!
You have such an amazing ability. A brilliant capture …
Oh those eyes! What a fabulous shot.
outstanding portrait!! captivating expression, the dark background and tight crop make it even more powerful and intense… truly great work, Uday!!
Dont know which I love more, the portrait or the quotation. Oh I know – I LOVE them both Uday. Beautifully done.
Impresionante… Me Encanta El Colorido y La Expresión… Muy Buena.
superbe ce portrait
Amazing look ! And always the mix between light, darkness and colors. Perfect!
Fantastic portrait, Uday. His expression, the light and the colors are intense.
We get to see his beautiful face, which comes with so much feeling, through your superb portrait.
Oh, the intensity and power of that expression! A compelling portrait!
That’s a great portrait! I really like it.
A powerful portrait with piercing gaze. What kind of light did you use?
What an exceptional portrait!
Amazing light on this portrait, was it natural?
